I work as a team lead of developers and business analysts in the configuration and implementation of software revenue systems for government agencies. I direct requirements gathering sessions with clients, design and development of solutions, presentation of iterations of designs to clients, and assist in testing of the solutions.

My areas of expertise include customer registration, e-Services, debt collection process and strategies, refunds, garnishment actions, and fraud detection and prevention.

As the team lead and lead developer of refunds we issued:

  • $10 Million from 11,000 refunds on first day after second rollout
  • $65 Million from 80,000 refunds in first month after second rollout

CRB Engineers (Swiftwater, PA)

I worked as construction management intern at Sanofi pasteur Pharmaceuticals during the construction of a manufacturing facility for the dengue fever vaccine. I ran construction submittals, updated construction schedules, and edited cost reports. I ensured construction drawing were up-to-date with the most recent edition. I also developed cost and labor projections for the remainder of the job.

Futura Industries (Clearfield, UT)

After graduation from my undergaduate program, I was offered the opportunity to intern as an electrical engineer at Futura Industries, an aluminum extrusion plant. I worked alongside the maintenance team and with that, I was able to gain many valuable skills. I programmed an Alan Bradley PLC for a quality control system. I programmed a Red Lion HMI for a heat treat oven interface. I built an operator control panel for an automated bender, and also installed and interface analog pressure sensors for air quality monitoring and recording.

HiTech Control Systems (Green Bay, WI)

I interned as an electrical engineer at HiTech Control Systems. During that time, I worked with clients including Procter & Gamble, Menasha Corporation, Sargento, Arla Cheese, A&B Process, and Valmet/Metso.

I converted logic diagrams from Siemens S5 to Siemens S7. I programmed an operator interface for a cheese making process. I programmed and started up stretch wrapping equipment. I also troubleshot projects including a cheese making system and a water delivery system for use with chesse blending recipes.
